Z Kennedy-Lopez is a professional word-slinger and sometimes-educator who writes a lot about animals, bodies, queerness, and apocalypses. Their work appears in Foglifter, Hobart Pulp, Autostraddle, and other publications; has been twice nominated for the Pushcart; and was the winner of a six-word story contest judged by Amy Hempel.
