Patrick Dacey is the author of The Outer Cape: a Novel (Henry Holt and Co., 2017) , which was an Amazon Editor's Choice, and the story collection We've Already Gone This Far (Henry Holt and Co., 2016), which was an ABA Top Ten debut. His work has been featured in The Paris Review, Zoetrope All-Story, Harper's, LitHub, Guernia, and BOMB Magazine, among other publications. He holds an MFA from Syracuse University and has taught Creative Writing and English at Virginia Commonwealth University, Virginia Tech, and the College of William and Mary.
