Introverts
"Not anti-social, just anti-shallow."
Not shy, just may...be uncomfortable
Sometimes aloof, yet respectful
Reserved, not wholly understood
Condemn me not as I uncloak myself,
Nothing fulfills me more than my private world.
Hard to access yet sensitive,
Where prolonged multitude depletes and drains
Solo, empty glass overflows with its needed space
Those who drink, seduced by its boundless depths
Reconcile, before you thirst for more:
I become the companion of my solitude - by choice.
Less can be more in disguise,
Where one expanding mind absorbs and gains
Unique, ear-piercing sounds go selectively unheard
Those who feel,roam along off-beaten paths
Understand, before you step ashore:
Being the companion of my solitude - I rejoice.
